"The organisation and customer support along the way was excelelent. Travelling alone, it was also great that so much of the transport was taken care of, or I was given detailed instructions (such using the taxi machine at Bogota airport). In retrospec, I would allow Colombian Travels to plan more activities on my behalf - the ones that were ioncluded were great. Accommodation was good, my only suggestion is about the location in Medellin, where it is not safe to walk around after dark (according to the hotel). Therefore. It might be better putting solo travellers down in El Poblado. The hotel there is great though. Overall, thank you for a great experience with high proffesional service."
