Minca town – Sierra Nevada Mountain around Santa Marta

Minca is a very local and small town located up in the “Sierra Nevada” mountain, and is close to Tayrona national park.
The town is popular with bird watchers and nature lovers due to the stunning number of endemic birds that can only be found in this area of the world, the fantastic bush walks, waterfalls and the wonderful atmosphere.
Although the temperature is a bit cool, the beaches of Tayrona national park are only a short bus ride away.
