Step by step booking guide
1. Dates
Contact us, visit our web site or contact your travel agent to check the availability of your tour on your chosen departure date. If you are travelling in a group we can create a tour to suit your preferred dates.
2. Booking conditions
Review our booking conditions. Booking with us means you have read and agreed to these conditions.
3. Deposit
In order to book your tour you must pay a non-refundable deposit.
60 days before your departure date, we will require a deposit of 50% of the full cost of the tour as deposit.
4. Your details
Before we can confirm your booking we will require your full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, home address, phone number, passport number, date of issue and expiry, and any pre-existing medical conditions.
5. Travel insurance
You must have comprehensive travel insurance to travel with us.
6. Final payment
The payment is divided in two halves. 50% will be fully paid within 60 day prior to your departure. The other 50% will be paid in the local currency on the first day of the tour in Colombia.
7. Documents
Once you have paid your deposit we will provide you with all of your relevant pre-departure information including full tour itinerary, travel information and any other relevant special information sheets. Your final documentation will be issued 30 days prior to departure.
